Yes — that is the point of charter. You choose your departure (and return) time within the F1 weekend operating hours. We confirm slot availability with your quote.

Prices shown are per aircraft, one way, and are typically calculated from the Sunday Budapest → Hungaroring price — they are indicative and to be confirmed. A return flight is a second leg; ask for a round-trip quote and we’ll price both together.

Safety comes first. If we cannot fly safely we reschedule to the next available slot in the weekend at no extra cost, or refund the affected leg in full if no slot works.

We secure your slot at no cost based on your email confirmation. Payment is required before the flight. Payment options: online by card in advance, money wire / bank transfer, Zelle, or by invoice — cash is also accepted.

Free cancellation up to 24 hours before the flight. After that, 50% is forfeited. Depending on your needs, a custom cancellation policy can be agreed.

Sunday post-race is the single busiest, most congested slot of the weekend. For that window we operate the EC145 only — book it early, as capacity is very limited. For all other times any aircraft in the fleet is available.

Helicopters are weight-sensitive. Please tell us passenger count and approximate baggage at inquiry so we assign the right aircraft; we’ll confirm limits with your quote.
